Even though this was meant to be funny, if you’ve ever spoken to SE Asia, this was nothing more than a genuine call-transcript.

In one of our trouble-shooting calls, we were told to check out “Kaattu Pottu”.

After many phone calls and browsing the manuals, it dawned that the caller asked us to check the LED status of “Card 2, Port 2″.
